Please examine
your order upon receipt for any shortage
or damage. If there is a problem, it must
be noted on delivery slip of delivery carrier
and signed by delivery carrier driver.

No returns
accepted without prior authorization or after 90 days from receipt of goods.
A Merchandise Return Authorization # (MRA#)
must be received for return to be accepted.
Return will only be accepted in its original
packing and original condition (not used
or washed). No refund or credit will be
given to open and/or used goods.
In the case of a claim, please do not
deduct the amount of the claim from the
invoice payment. It may take two to six
weeks before we issue credit to your
account or mail a refund.
All
merchandise is guaranteed to meet your
satisfaction as per stated standards. If any
item doesn't meet your satisfaction as per
description on the catalog, simply call our
customer service for MRA# for return. The
goods should be in its original packing and
condition. If the goods are as per
description and standard, but are not liked
by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for
all the freight up and down plus 15%
restocking fee.
